What types of documents fit inside Heritage Holders?

Our certificate holders are designed to fit A4 certificates and 6x8" photos.

They also comfortably hold A4 laminated certificates and Letter-size documents.

Our custom PVC Passport Holders are made to fit most Pet Health Diaries, so whether it's your pet’s Pedigree Certificate, microchip details, or a puppy training school certificate, you can keep all of your pet’s important documents neatly together in one place.

How many documents fit inside Heritage Holders?

Designed with a gentle internal capacity, each Heritage Holder can securely hold approximately 5 certificates — depending on paper weight, lamination, or protective sleeves — while maintaining a neat, elegant profile.

What are the Holders made from?

Each Heritage Holder is meticulously crafted from genuine linen fabric, selected for its lasting durability, timeless texture, and refined finish. Designed to feel as luxurious as it looks, every piece offers both elegance and protection for your most important documents.

Our upcoming collection will also introduce a premium PU leather cover option for those who prefer a smooth, modern aesthetic.

Do you offer international shipping?


At this stage, we currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. We’re focusing on making sure our delivery is smooth and reliable close to home first. Expanding to other countries is something we’d love to do in the future, so stay tuned for updates as we grow.

Can I order a custom design or bulk purchase?

At this stage, our collections are available in the colours and designs you see on our website. We don’t currently offer one-off custom designs, but we’d love to explore this in the future.

For bulk purchases (such as breeders, clubs, or organisations), please reach out to us directly — we may be able to arrange a tailored order depending on your needs.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

We take great care in packaging, but if your order does arrive damaged, or it's not what you expected, simply email us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We want you to love your Heritage Holders. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
